Transaction limits

The following amount limits apply to transactions made with iDEAL | Wero:

  • Minimum amount: EUR 0.50 per transaction
  • Maximum amount: EUR 30,000.00 per transaction

Setup

To receive payments via iDEAL | Wero, you simply need to activate the payment method in your zahls.ch account. Follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Payment Providers in the main menu of your dashboard.

  • Click on "Configure" next to Payrexx Pay Plus.

  • Scroll down a bit and check the box next to "iDEAL | Wero".

  • Complete the configuration by clicking "Save" at the bottom right of the page.

Payment with iDEAL From The Customer's Perspective

In this section, you will learn how a payment with iDEAL | Wero works.

  1. The customer fills in the required fields and selects the payment method "iDEAL | Wero".

  2. The customer provides their email address and the name associated with their bank account, then clicks the green "Pay" button.

  3. zahls.ch redirects the customer to the iDEAL website. The customer has two options there:

  4. Scan the displayed QR code using their bank's app and complete the payment.

  5. Select their bank, log in, and pay through online banking.
