In addition to using our integrated payment providers, Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus, you also have the option to integrate a wide range of external payment service providers into your zahls.ch account.

More than 30 different payment providers are available and can be freely integrated and used within zahls.ch.
What Are External Payment Providers?
To accept live payments from your customers via zahls.ch, you have two options: you can either use our integrated payment providers, Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus, or choose from a variety of external payment providers. The table below outlines the key differences between these two options:

Please note that when using external payment providers, a transaction fee will be charged by zahls.ch in addition to the fees of the respective provider. This fee varies between 0.25% and 1%, depending on your plan. For more details, please visit our website.

Setting Up External Payment Providers
To integrate an external payment provider into zahls.ch, you first need to have an active account with the respective provider.
Integration in zahls.ch
Once your account is set up, follow these steps to integrate the external payment provider into your zahls.ch account:

Log in to your zahls.ch account.

In the main menu, navigate to Payment Providers.

The available providers are grouped into the following three categories. Click "Show" next to your desired category.

Click "Setup" next to the desired external payment provider to integrate it into your zahls.ch account.

Follow the instructions provided in the setup guide for the respective payment provider to complete the integration process.
