Availability

Click to Pay with Mastercard is accessible to you as a merchant if you utilize the zahls.ch payment gateway, meaning you've integrated zahls.ch via its API or Plugins.
The Click to Pay with Mastercard payment option is exclusively offered in Payrexx Pay, making it available solely to merchants operating within 🇨🇭 Switzerland.

Requirements

Ensure that the following prerequisites are fulfilled in your zahls.ch account to enable the Click to Pay with Mastercard feature in your store:

Your zahls.ch account must be verified.
The payment provider Payrexx Pay must be activated.
The Mastercard payment method must be activated within Payrexx Pay.
When creating the gateway, the end customer's e-mail address must be sent.

Activation

To activate Click to Pay with Mastercard, please follow these steps:

Navigate to Payment providers in the dashboard of your zahls.ch account.
Click on "Configure" next to Payrexx Pay.
Scroll down to "Available Payment Methods".
Toggle the switch (C2P) for Mastercard to the "on" position.

Customer Payment Process

After landing on the zahls.ch payment page, the customer selects the option "Access saved cards".
The customer enters the email address linked to their Mastercard and clicks the "Access cards" button.
The customer enters the six-digit code sent to their mobile phone.
In the final step, the customer clicks the green "Pay" button.
A confirmation of the payment is displayed on the screen.
