Merchants from Switzerland and other European countries can activate Klarna within Payrexx Pay Plus with just one click.

Klarna is available to merchants in most industries. However, the payment method is not available to merchants in the following business categories:
Merchants whose business is listed under prohibited business models

The following amount limits apply to transactions made with Klarna:
Minimum amount: CHF/EUR 0.50 per transaction
Maximum amount: CHF/EUR 30,000.00 per transaction
Klarna generally offers the following payment options:
Pay Now: The customer pays for the purchase immediately.Pay Later: The customer pays for the purchase within 30 days.Pay in 3 or 4: The customer pays for the purchase in three or four interest-free installments.Financing: The customer pays for the purchase over an extended period of up to 36 months.
The availability of each payment option depends on the customer's country, transaction currency, and purchase amount.

Please note that merchants registered in Switzerland cannot offer installment payments.

To receive payments via Klarna, you simply need to activate the payment method in your zahls.ch account. Follow these steps:
Navigate to Payment providers in the main menu of your zahls.ch account.
Click on "Configure" next to Payrexx Pay Plus.
Check the box next to "Klarna".
Click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Tipp
The Klarna payment method is now activated. Your customers can now use it for their payments.

The customer selects the Klarna payment method in the checkout process by clicking on the corresponding logo.
In the next window, the customer enters his e-mail address (1) and selects the country of his bank (2).
The customer is redirected to the Klarna website where he can complete the payment by clicking on the black button "Pay with Klarna":
Wichtig
For payments with Klarna (Payrexx Pay Plus), only the payment option "Pay now" is possible. The options "Purchase on invoice" and "Pay later" are not supported.
