To get started with zahls.ch, your first step is to create an account. In this article, we will show you how it works.

Creating a zahls.ch account

Click the link below to create an account: Register with zahls.ch.

1. Account creation

In the first step, enter your email address and the desired account name:

  1. Your business email address: A verification code will be sent to this email address in the next step to verify your registration. If needed, this email address can be changed later.
  2. Desired name: This name serves as your instance name. It forms part of the URL for your payment pages, which you will use to accept customer payments. In the example above, the account's instance name is new-company, meaning your payment pages will later be accessible via new-company.zahls.ch.
  3. Google: Alternatively, you can register with zahls.ch using an existing Google account.

2. Email verification

You will receive an email from zahls.ch with the subject line "Your zahls.ch verification code is [...]". Copy the six-digit code to your clipboard, paste it into the following field, and click "Next":

3. Business type information

Please let us know whether you intend to use zahls.ch as a private person or as an organisation.

Next, enter your company's contact information.

In the next step, indicate where you plan to sell your products or services:

  1. In person: If you want to sell at a physical location using a card terminal.
  2. Online: If you want to sell via the internet.
  3. Both in person and online: If you want to use a combination of both.

In the following step, select the plan you would like to subscribe to. zahls.ch offers the following options:

  1. Trial: If you are unsure which plan is right for you, we recommend the "Trial" plan. This is a free, 30-day trial that allows you to explore all of zahls.ch's features and test the tool extensively. Once the 30 days have expired, you will need to choose one of the following plans.
  2. Standard, Premium, and Free: The "Standard", "Premium", and "Free" plans can be booked for terms of 1, 2, or 3 years.
  • Free: This plan is ideal for smaller projects with lower transaction volumes, as there are no fixed fees. In return, transaction fees are higher compared to the other two plans.
  • Standard: The more affordable of the two paid plans, ideal for businesses with a medium transaction volume.
  • Premium: Businesses with high transaction volumes are best served by this plan, as it offers the most competitive transaction rates.

You can find an overview of all plans, including included features and pricing, on our pricing page.

Finally, we would appreciate it if you could let us know how you heard about us.
