Country Availability
The payment method eps is available within Payrexx Pay Plus. It is therefore available to merchants based in 🇨🇭 Switzerland, 🇱🇮 Liechtenstein, 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇫🇷 France, 🇱🇺 Luxembourg, 🇩🇰 Denmark, and 🇧🇬 Bulgaria:

Transaction limits
The following amount limits apply to transactions made with eps:
- Minimum amount: EUR 0.50 per transaction
- Maximum amount: EUR 30,000.00 per transaction
Setup
To receive payments via eps, you simply need to activate the payment method in your zahls.ch account. Follow these steps:

Navigate to Payment Providers in the main menu of your dashboard.

Click on "Configure" next to Payrexx Pay Plus.

Scroll down a bit and check the box next to "eps".

Complete the configuration by clicking "Save" at the bottom right of the page.
Payment From The Customer's Perspective
In this section, you will learn how a payment with eps works.

The customer fills in the required fields and selects the payment method "eps".

The customer provides their email address and the name associated with their bank account and clicks the green "Pay" button.

zahls.ch redirects the customer to the eps website (in German).

From the list of available banks, the customer selects their bank.
5. The customer clicks on "Fortsetzen" which means "Continue".
6. The customer is redirected from eps to their bank, where they can log in and complete the payment.
