Use of Company Data

The information entered in this section is used in various places within zahls.ch:

  • It is displayed in the imprint, in the footer of emails, and in the e-commerce tools.
  • zahls.ch AG sends its invoices to the address entered in the company data unless a different billing address is provided under Plan and Billing.
  • The account verification process is partly based on the company data entered here.

Entering Company Data

To enter the data, navigate in the dashboard of your zahls.ch account to Settings > Business. There you can enter the following details.

Account type

In the Account type field, specify whether your zahls.ch account is registered to a company or an individual.

In this section, enter your organization's commercial register number and VAT number.

Company details

Under "company details", enter your organization's information.

Contact details

The contact details you enter in this section will, among other things, be displayed in the imprint on your payment pages.

Please select how you would like to accept payments with zahls.ch:

  • Online: Choose this option if you wish to accept online payments, for example through your zahls.ch-connected online shop or via our e-commerce tools.

  • Both on-site and online: Choose this option if you would like to accept payments through both channels.

Delete Your zahls.ch account

To delete your zahls.ch account, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the red “Close account” button:
